Type "F" concrete traffic barriers. See solicitation and attachment for details - instructions for quote submission begin on page 27. Quotes for both new and used barriers are being requested. Vendors may submit quotes for both, only new, or only used barriers, with associated connection hardware, and the Government will review all quotes received to determine the best value considering the factors stated in the solicitation. Please email the point of contact for this notice if you have any questions on quote submission.
