Bldg. 20 Sewer Pipe Repair Project Location: Stratton Air National Guard Base, Scotia, NY Project Number: VBDZ262101. Reference attached statement of work (SOW) for project details. This is a total small business set-aside for NAICS 237110, water and sewer line and related structures construction with a small business size standard of $45M. Quotes shall be submitted via email to the following address: 109.aw.fal.msc.contracting@us.af. mil A site visit will be held on March 19, 2026, at 10:00 am. All attendees will meet at the civil engineering building (bldg. 25), 1 Air National Guard Road, Scotia, NY 12302. Interested parties should email 109.aw.fal.msc.contracting@us.af.mil confirming their intent to attend the site visit.
In addition to a valid, government issue photo id, attendees should be prepared to present the following information upon arrival at the gate: Vehicle registration, Real ID compliant id (see https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/identification) for acceptable forms of id, Proof of vehicle insurance, Safety inspection and car rental agreement if applicable Q&A from 24 March 2026: 1. How deep is the sewer line?

Answer: 6” SDR. 3. What kind of flow should we figure for?
Answer: 2 buildings run through it, but we will coordinate with the facilities on the day of maintenance and try to schedule an alternate work schedule day to reduce use. 4. Are OSHA 10hr required?
Answer: No, we do not require OSHA 10hr.
