GSA Class 5 IPS Safe

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number W50S8H-26-Q-0031 is issued as a request for quotation for the supply and delivery of wire partition storage lockers.

Evaluation criteria is based upon price and the ability to deliver the required items within the needed timeframe.

This acquisition a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.  The NAICS assigned is 332999 and the Size Standard is 750 employees.  The Product Service Code is 7110.

CLIN 0001 – Qty. 2 Each – GSA-Approved Safes

Salient features:  The contractor shall provide two Information Processing System Containers approximately 28 1/2” x 29 3/4" x 32 3/8” in size.  The safes need to be Class 5 resistant to 20 man-hours of surreptitious entry, 30 man-hours of covert entry and ten man-minutes of forced entry.  The interior must be equipped with Size I 19 inch rack mounts, 13u equipment capacity.  Fan ventilation must no be less than 105 CFM and must also be compliant with NSA information implemented in (32 CFR part 2001.42).

- Delivery is required within 2 months of contract award.
