This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number W50S8H-24-Q-A091, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2024-06 effective 29 August 2024). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 334111 and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses.

Line Items: CLIN 0001 – 01 Each, Audio/Visual Equipment and Installation for 40’ long Model- M-TEC - RVPN1409 5th wheel semi-trailer Salient features: An immersive flight simulator system, two 55” displays, one 86” display, four speakers (two for the flight sim, two for the main room) and one subwoofer, one television streaming device, one HDMI auxiliary input (for laptop presentations on the large screens), Bluetooth audio capability, two gaming consoles, four gaming chairs, and one control system for all audio and visual inputs.

Interior of the trailer will receive a remodel to include new framing, insulation, electrical, lighting, and trim. - Period of Performance is 30 September, 2024 through March 31, 2025. - Award will be based on lowest price.
