**The due dates for quotes for this solicitation is being extended through Friday, September 27, 2024 at 12:00PM EST due to changes to the scope of work discovered during the site visit. An updated SoW will be posted to this announcement no later than September 25, 2024 at 4:00PM EST** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number W50S8H-24-Q-A090, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2024-06 effective 29 August 2024).

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 238210 and the small business size standard is $19,000,000.00. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. This requirement is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Act. At present, the current Wage Determination 2015-4147 Revision 29 dated 22 July 2024 is applicable; however, the most current Wage Determination shall be applied to the resulting contract award.

Line Items: CLIN 0001 – 01 Job, Base Period – Testing of Base Electrical Distribution and Grounding System Salient features: Provide an annual service, including all management, tools, materials, parts, equipment, temporary power, technical supervision and labor necessary to inspect, test (mechanical and electrical), provide test data and perform minor maintenance on seven (7) separate Lightning Protection Systems and the Electrical Distribution System at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station (NFARS), New York. - Period of Performance is September 29, 2024 through September 28, 2025. - Award will be based on lowest price.
