Sources Sought for Family Strong Bonds Event

This announcement is a sources sought for an upcoming Strong Bonds event hosted by the Chaplin’s Office of the New Mexico Air National Guard. The New Mexico Air National Guard is seeking sources in the Colorado Spring or Denver, Colorado area that can hold the event from a Friday afternoon until Sunday late morning checkout. The requirement of the event is as follows:

1. Provide lodging for 22 families and provide a minimum of two queen size beds for each lodging room.

2. Conference room with a minimum size of 2,200 feet, conference room must be at same location as lodging location. Conference space must allow space for 20 round tables that will seat 4-6 people so that each family can have their own workspace.

3. Provide up to 80 meals for one dinner, two breakfasts, one lunch and coffee and water provided during the conference times in the conference room. Meals are to be served in the dining room.

4. Event location must have a water park on premises to provide a retreat like setting for families.

5. Parking for 22 vehicles for the duration of the event.
