Asphalt Paving: Mill & Overlay Airfield Pavement

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Offeror shall provide all resources, and supervision necessary to mill two inches and overlay 2 inches of asphalt pavement. The work takes place on the active airfield at Atlantic City International Airport (ACY IAP). The project is divided into two separate locations. One location is at the south end of the runway and the second location is at the north end of the runway. Total project square footage is approximately 35,000 square feet.

1. This is a request for Quote, offered in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 13 & 36, for the Mill and Overlay of Airfield Asphalt Pavements.

2. Location of performance is at the 177th Fighter Wing, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234 3. Total Small Business (100%) set aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a)

4. NAICS: 237310 ($45,000,000)

5. Magnitude of Construction: FAR 36.204(c) Between $100,000 and $250,000. 6. Bid Guarantee, Payment, & Performance Bonds are required for all offers and subsequent contracts greater than $150,000.00 7. Statutory Cost Limitations: $1,00,000.00 in accordance with NGB/A4 Memorandum dated June 8, 2020. 8. A Pre-Proposal Conference & Site Visit will be conducted by the Government. 9. Contractors are solely responsible for reviewing and adhering to ALL solicitation requirements & amendments posted to www.SAM.gov. 10. Contractors shall interpret the solicitation (SF1442) and attachments; including the drawings, specifications, & SOW; to give meaning to ALL its parts. In the event of a discrepancy, generally the more stringent shall apply. All deficiencies shall be brought to the attention of the Contracting Officer prior to submitting a Bid. 11.
