152 AW Base-wide Exterior Fall Protection Equipment_Install

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Nevada Air National Guard, 152 Mission Support Contracting Office in Reno, Nevada, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for the purchase of equipment and installation of exterior facility fall protection systems for the identified buildings. Contractor will furnish all labor, supplies, parts, transportation, tools, equipment, inspections and facilities necessary to perform work required to complete the project in accordance with the attachment Performance Work Statement.

Providing answers to RFIs received as of 6 April 2025. 1. Can the end user please specify an SKU or RAL color for the optional blue powder coat line item? 1a.

Answer: RAL 50052. Could you please provide the drawings referenced in the project documentation? These drawings would greatly assist us in verifying critical details such as hatch guardrail sizes, roof conditions, and any existing infrastructure that may impact the installation process.2a.

Answer: The attached base map can be used in conjunction with google maps to verify details/conditions.3. If there are any other relevant documents or specifications available (e.g., roof plans or site survey data), we would appreciate those as well. 3a.

Answer: We have full as-built drawing sets for most of these facilities which would be provided to winning offer if required at time install.4. Please let us know if a site visit can be arranged or if there?s a preferred method for accessing this information.4a.

Answer: We can allow for a site walk for any further required field verification. No central site visit is planned or coordinated at this time. See attachments.
