Description

As published on SAM.gov.

The U.S. Government is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for the fabrication and installation of a new structural mezzanine within Building B254. The information provided in this notice is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. This is not a solicitation, and the Government will not make an award based on responses to this sources sought notice. The Government has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and release of this sources sought notice should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. The designated NAICS code for this requirement is 561210, Facilities Support Services, with a corresponding small business size standard of $47.0 million.

Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the services are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice. The contractor shall be required to furnish all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment necessary for the fabrication and installation of a new structural mezzanine within Building B254. The scope of this requirement involves the targeted correction of any existing structural deficiencies and all associated work required to ensure the mezzanine's safe and secure integration with the existing facility, thereby enhancing its long-term safety, integrity, and serviceability.

If you are an interested party, please provide a capabilities statement that includes the following information:

  • Company Name, Address, CAGE Code, and Unique Entity ID (UEI).

  • Point of Contact (Name, Title, Phone Number, and Email Address).

  • Business size status under NAICS code 561210 (e.g., Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Woman-Owned Small Business, etc.).

  • A brief description of your company's capabilities and experience in performing similar services

The Government will use the information received to determine the acquisition strategy. If it is determined that there is insufficient interest from qualified small business contractors to ensure adequate competition, the procurement may be solicited as unrestricted.

Please submit your capabilities statement via email to Casey Pridham at casey.a.pridham.mil@army.mil and Matthew Lapointe at matthew.r.lapointe.civ@army.mil no later than 4:00 PM (EST) 13 April 2026. The subject line of your email must reference "W50S8A25QA003."
