Mobile Audio Trailer

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S8A-24-Q-0013 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement 336214 - Travel Trailer and Camper Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 1000 EMP. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes.

The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 26 July 2024, 4:00PM. Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 302 Newmarket Street, Newington, NH 03803. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The NH Air National Guard requires the following items:

CLIN 0001: Mobile Audio Trailer (QTY= 1 EA) Pull behind trailer with two interior sections: audio booth and control room. The audio booth must meet testing room requirements reflected in (ANSI S3.1-1999 (R2008) Maximum Permissible Ambient Noise Levels for Audiometric Test Rooms) and capable of accommodating 6-screening sessions at a time. The approximate weight should be less than 5,000lbs.

The interior of the audio booth needs to provide attenuation and interior sound absorption and have approximate dimensions of 7'4" W x 7'6" L x 6'6"H. The trailer also requires an electrical box and battery box with access from the outside. The electrical box will have a 65AMP battery charger, auxiliary fuse block, and 50AMP/50ft power cord. The battery box will have a Group 31 auxiliary battery and ROM tray. Both sections of the trailer will be lit with LED lights and have appropriate ventilation. The control room section will have a cabinet and a small desk with drawers.

The quoter is responsible for transportation to Pease AFB. The quoter is responsible for offloading at the site. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. If the Government responses to technical questions affect the Statement of Work requirements or any other portion of the solicitation, then an Amendment of Solicitation will be issued.
