The 145th Airlift Wing Contracting office intends to award a sole source to L3Harris for (18) AN/PRC-160, SKYLIGHT/LDD, FIELD INSTALL (P/N 12200-8418-01), and (7) CABLE ASSY, USB TO ETHERNET RECEPTACLES (P/N 12193-0396-A003).

L3Harris has identified as being the sole source of supply for the products bearing the following nomenclature: 12200-8418-01 & 12193-0396-A003. As such competing this requirement on the open market is not reasonable.

There will be no written solicitation issued. This procurement is being made pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a single source. All qualified sources must respond no later than the date and time specified under General Information within this special notice.

A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses should be emailed Attention MSgt Sarah Marshall at sarah.marshall.6@us.af.mil, AND Capt. Scott Thomas at scott.thomas.53@us.af.mil. No telephone or fax inquiries will be accepted.
