118th ASOS - L3Harris – Skylight Intent to Sole Source

The 145th Airlift Wing Contracting office intends to award a sole source to L3Harris for (18) AN/PRC-160, SKYLIGHT/LDD, FIELD INSTALL (P/N 12200-8418-01), and (7) CABLE ASSY, USB TO ETHERNET RECEPTACLES (P/N 12193-0396-A003). L3Harris has identified as being the sole source of supply for the products bearing the following nomenclature: 12200-8418-01 & 12193-0396-A003. As such competing this requirement on the open market is not reasonable. There will be no written solicitation issued.

This procurement is being made pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a single source. All qualified sources must respond no later than the date and time specified under General Information within this special notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
