Gray Water Removal for Exercise Northern Strike 24-2

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE FOR GRAY WATER REMOVAL FOR EXERCISE NORTHERN STRIKE 24-2, CAMP GRAYLING JOINT MANUEVER TRAINING CENTER (CGJTMC), MICHIGAN This Synopsis/Solicitation is in support of Exercise Northern Strike (NS) 24-2 in and around Camp Grayling, MI (CGJMTC) and Grayling Airforce Base (GAF).

The Period of Performance is16 July – 24 August 2024. Exercise Northern Strike 24-2 requires a contractor to provide professional services, supervision, equipment, vehicles, labor, tools, quality control, storage, transportation, and to furnish all supplies and materials, not provided by the Government, required for the supply and removal of Gray Water from various training sites to a water treatment plant.

Set up between 16 July 2024 and 23 July 2024. 24 July 2024 through 18 August 2024, services outlined in the Description of Service (DOS) shall be required. Tear down and pack up equipment 19 August 2024 through 24 August 2024. Services for daily gray water storage and removal are estimated to support out no more than 15 locations.

Contractor shall be required to have proper HAZMAT waste certification as outlined by the Department of Health Services and Camp Grayling Environmental Office in order to transport Graywater over public roads. Publication CG Regulation 200-1 Environmental Protection and Enhancement will be provided.
