Dining and Social Club Repairs

This is an update to extend the proposal due date because the government requires more time to answer questions that were submitted on time by contractors and to update the SOW. Another amendment/update will be posted next week with the questions and answers plus an updated SOW.

As a reminder, contractors interested in this opportunity must thoroughly review all information provided in this posting and access the PIEE Solicitation Module link for W50S8225RA004 (located in the Attachments/Links section of this posting) to examine the solicitation and all associated attachments. Failure to not follow the entirety of the solicitation and the instructions of the solicitation may make your proposal ineligible for award.

Here is a brief description of the contract opportunity: The Maryland Air National Guard requires roof and deck repair through replacement, including overlaying the existing modified bitumen roofing system with a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing system, retrofitting the metal seam roof, replacing roof deck panels, vents, flashing, coping, gutters, and installing new insulation and cover boards. Additionally, the existing wooden deck will be demolished and replaced with a new patio area.

The contractor is responsible for providing all tools, materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the work, ensuring compliance with applicable environmental, safety, and security regulations.
