NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S): The Massachusetts Air National Guard (MAANG) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract for service for a Part Time Optimizing the Human Weapon System Service in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, tools, parts, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, services, permits, insurance, and supervision as necessary.
Additional details are provided in the attachments to this solicitation. A contract will be awarded without discussions as a single, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The successful offeror will be determined in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services as outlined in the Combined Synopsis and Solicitation. This solicitation, W50S81-25-Q-B003 is 100% set aside for small business IAW DFARS 219.502-2(a)(i).
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621340 – Offices of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, and Audiologists and the small business size standard is $12.5M.
