Snow Broom Parts

The 104th FW Mission Support Contracting, Barnes ANG, Westfield, Massachusetts has awarded a sole source contract to M-B Companies, Inc. of New Holstein, WI. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this acquisition is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-3(b)(3)(i) and FAR FAR 6.302-1 which justifies limiting the source if the contracting officer determines the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.

This is a notice justifying the acquisition of Snow Broom Parts for M-B companies Oshkosh broom head, model 4618 FMD, for Barnes ANGB, MA.
