The 104th FW Mission Support Contracting, Barnes ANG, Westfield, Massachusetts has awarded a sole source contract to M-B Companies, Inc. of New Holstein, WI. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this acquisition is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-3(b)(3)(i) and FAR FAR 6.302-1 which justifies limiting the source if the contracting officer determines the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.

The attached sole source justification outlines the Contracting Officer's justification and reasoning to award a sole source award to M-B Companies, Inc. of New Holstein, WI. This is a notice justifying the acquisition of Snow Broom Parts for M-B companies Oshkosh broom head, model 4618 FMD, for Barnes ANGB, MA.
