SCIF Breaching Kit

Amendment 1:

The purpose of this ammendment is to add an additional line item CLIN 0004 as defined in the updated 1.1 Product Description, 2.1 Combined Synopsis & Solicitation_ISRG SCIF Breaching Kit, and 4.1 RFQ W50S80-26-Q-0049_ISRG SCIF Breaching Kit. Additionally, the solicitation closing date has changed to September 17, 2026 at 2:00 pm EDT.

All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged.

NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S):

The Massachusetts Air National Guard intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price contract (FFP) for a Brand Name or Equal requirement for a SCIF Breaching Kit capable of accessing the specific SCIFs at 102IW and SCIF Breaching Training Door, as defined in the attached 1. Product Description document. Additional details are provided in the attachments to this combined synopsis and solicitation.

All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. Paper copies will not be available. You May download the combined synopsis and solicitation and email your quote in. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents:
