(102) Vindicator Maintenance

Ammendment 4: This purpose of this amendment is to replace document 7.1 OTIS IBDSS 2026 FINAL with 7.2 OTIS IBDSS 2026 FINAL. Additionally, due to the errors limiting access to 7.1 OTIS IBDSS 2026 FINAL, the governement is extending the date offers are due to 2:00 pm EST 27 August 2026.

Ammendment 3: The purpose of this ammendment is to grant access to the document titled: 7.1 OTIS IBDSS 2026 FINAL.

Ammendment 2: The purpose of this ammentment is to provide the RFI Questions and Answers as well as the supporting documentation requested in RFIs.

Ammendment 1: Provisions and Clauses updated to include site visit provision and clause.

NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S): The Massachusetts Air National Guard intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price contract (FFP) for a Brand Name Only requirement for Vindicator Maintenance, as defined in the Performance Work Statement dated 22 July 2026. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, tools, parts, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, services, permits, insurance, and supervision as necessary.

Additional details are provided in the attachments to this combined synopsis and solicitation. The anticipated Period of Performance for this contract will start 1 September 2026 through 31 August 2025 at Otis Air National Guard Base, Buzzards Bay, MA 02542. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. Paper copies will not be available.
