Ammendment 3: The purspose of this ammendment is to make the Wuestions and Answers document public.

Ammendment 2: The purpose of this ammendment is to post the document Questions and Answers which supplies the answers to offerors questions.

Ammendment 1: The purpose of this ammendment is to correct a typo in the document titled 5. RFQ W50S80-26-Q-0022_Zoll AEDs and to clarify shipping information in the document titled 3. Combined Synopsis & Solicitation_W50S80-26-Q-0022_Ammendment 1.

NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S): The Massachusetts Air National Guard intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price contract (FFP) for a Brand Name Only requirement for (15) Zoll Automated External Defibrillators (AED) to support Public Access Defibrillator (PAD) requirements for federal facilities, as defined in the attached Purchase Description and Name Brand Justification. Additional details are provided in the attachments to this combined synopsis and solicitation.

All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. Paper copies will not be available. You May download the combined synopsis and solicitation and email your quote in. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents:
