Indy Fuel Recruting Advertising

The 181st Contracting Squadron at Hulman Field ANGB, IN hereby gives: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE -to INDIANA HOCKEY CLUB, LLC to provide military recruitment advertising services during sporting events for the 2024-2025 Indy Fuel Ice Hockey league season at Fishers Event Center and/or Indiana Farmers Colosseum.

The requirement to perform these tasks must be located at the previously specified sports complex in order to meet the needs of the 181st Intelligence Wing goal of outreaching to their intended target audience.

The business will be providing: VENUE TRADEMARK RIGHTS & DESIGNATION 15 second digital feature three (3x) per game at 36 Indy Fuel home games throughout the season 15 second digital feature three (3x) per game at 8 Fishers Freight home games throughout the season Participating partner status of one (1) Game night sponsorship with the Indy Fuel and/or Fishers Freight including Military Appreciation Night, or other agreed upon game night Opportunity to activate on-site (Ex: engage with fans, recruitment, etc..)

Inclusion in team eNewsletter blasts and all additional marketing efforts to promote sponsored game night Opportunity for service members to participate in an in-game activity One (1) static concourse signage placement visible all-year Seats for Service program offering seats to members at events Opportunity to set up one (1) 10x10 activation space to engage with fans Opportunity to reach youth and participate in youth sports in the state of Indiana Exposure on website Opportunity for booth display at tournaments including “Opening Day Celebration” (500+ attendees/each) Visibility on online schedule and standings Ad in yearbook Inclusion in one(1) annual marketing email to 7,000+ emails Monthly recognition in the IYHA newsletter Opportunity for banner/dasher board signage at ice rinks / practice / tournament facilities including “The Fuel Tank” in Fishers, IN Sponsor to be included in a minimum of five (5) Newsletters throughout the Indy Fuel season Sponsor to be included in a minimum of five (5) Newsletters throughout the Fishers Freight season Logo and link inclusion on the team(s) web sites Please note that this is not request for competitive proposals.

However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Those capable of meeting the requirement IAW the SOR are requested to provide the following information in their response: Current capability that demonstrates your company's ability to meet the above requirement.

Company name, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, type of business and size, Cage Code and UEI number. Information is to be submitted to Keith Parker at keith.parker.4@us.af.mil. Deadline for submittals is July 25, 2024 by 1:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to INDIANA HOCKEY CLUB, LLC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
