Repair Concrete Base-wide, 126 ARW, Scott AFB

Amendment 0002 and a revised PWS, dated 30 July 2026 has been uploaded. Original PWS removed. A KML file is also availble upon request by email. This file works using Google Earth to highlight the areas across the 126 ARW campus that require repair--Instructions to use the KML file will be provided.

The 126th Air Refueling Wing has a requirement for various concrete repair projects across the campus. Please refer to the attached document titled "Combined Synopsis-Solicitation_W50S7S26Q0013" for full details regarding this requirement.

The attached document contains the complete Statement of RFO Compliance, Requirement Description, Line Item Structure (CLIN 0001), Site Visit Instructions, Bonds and Payment Protection information, and all applicable RFO Provisions and Clauses (including specific quote submission instructions and evaluation factors). Vendors must review the Combined Synopsis-Solicitation attachment and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in their entirety prior to submitting a quote.
