MS CRTC Dining Facility Tables and Seating

Updated RFQ Combo document: Renamed to W50S7K26QA004 - DFAC Furniture, removed clauses 52.219-14, 52.222-41 and -42. Updated Instruction to offerors to include submission of tech specs, product data, and images of proposed products, updated verbiage of CLIN 0003 to "corner booth table".

Updated Description of Requirements: General re-organization and clarification of requirements for the tables, chairs, and booths as well as general administration and performance requirements.

Added attachment "Drawings" to show dimensions of dining room. This is a contract opportunity for the purchase and installation of upgraded tables and seating for the Mississippi Air National Guard Combat Readiness Training Center (MS CRTC) Dining Facility (DFAC) in Gulfport, MS. The requirement is for specific quantities of durable, commercial-grade furniture, including 172 chairs, 62 tables, and 24 booths.

All delivery and installation must be completed within a fourteen-day window, with a project completion deadline of December 31, 2026. The selected contractor will also be required to provide a minimum one-year warranty covering materials, workmanship, and installation labor. See Attached Description of Requirements for specifications of tables and chairs.

Attachement "W50S7K26QA004 DFAC Tables and Seating Combo" contains instructions to offerors and must be completed and returned to the POCs in order for the quote to be considered.
