UPDATE 14 JULY 2026

This opportunity is being suspended while the requirements are underreview pending updated deptarment policy. The updated bid due date of 17 August is a placeholder. Current estimate on updated requirement documents to be published on/around 22 July 2026, along with an updated bid due date. Any quotes recieved up to this point will not be considered for bid.

UPDATE 7 JULY 2026

2. Round 2 of Questions and Answers attached.

3. Extended bid due date to 1300 CST (1:00 PM) 17 July 2026.

UPDATE 24 JUNE 2026

Offer due has been extended to 9 July 2026 a 2:00 PM CST. This is to provide adequate time to recieve and respond to Q&A's generated from the site visit.

UPDATE 23 JUNE 2026

Site visit conducted. Attendee list added as 20260623_Site Survey attachment. Questions are due to listed POC's by 26 June 2026 at 1300 CST. Send all questions to the following:
