The Missouri Air National Guard, Contracting Squadron, at the 139th Airlift Wing is seeking a firm-fixed price purchase order for the direct delivery of a single L3Harris KOR-24A Small Tactical Terminal (STT) V3 EMM CM including the latest 3.4.1A or higher software and licenses. Must be compatible with MOJO Kit (DACAS-GS PN: 1276487). NAICS code 334220 and PSC 5825. This procurement has no set aside. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in RFO 12.201-1 (c) (2).

Please be advised that this notice is published Soley to inform industry of the Government’s intent to solicit quotations. The Government does not intend to post a formal solicitation notice on SAM.gov. In accordance with RFO 12.201-1(c)(2), for acquisitions at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), the Contracting Officer is electing to solicit quotations directly from suppliers.

By posting this pre-solicitation notice, the Government is fulfilling the requirement to post a pre-solicitation notice on the GPE according to subpart 5.1.
