This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract in accordance with the procedures outlined in RFO Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. Description of Requirement The 149th FW, Lackland AFB, has a requirement for recruiting advertisements through gyms throughout the state of Texas.

The scope of work involves the vendor displaying a 15 second commercial provided by the Texas Air National Guard Recruiting team in 45 gyms with the ability to change the commercials on a quarterly basis or as needed to highlight the Texas Air National Guard across Texas (San Antonio, Dallas Fort Worth, Houston, El Paso, Austin), to maintain the retention rate and increase the force’s end-strength to 100%. Intended Sole Source Vendor The Government intends to award this contract on a sole-source basis to:

Gym TV 300 Corporate Center Drive, Suite 150 Moon Township, PA 15108 Justification for Sole Source: This is the only service that meets the request due to the amount of branded gyms that are in the network and can be advertised at the same time across the state of Texas. By using the Department of Defense recruiting tool, Joint Advertising Market Research Studies (JAMRS), base proximately, target zip codes, and headquarters zone, these gym meet our targeted audience, demographics, and builds untapped zone areas.
