The 136th Airlift Wing requires an upgrade to the HVAC system in building 4160. The existing Schneider controls have reached the end of their service life, necessitating the replacement of components and integration of the system with the base's Niagara Direct Digital Controls (DDC) system. The intent is to remove the existing HVAC DDC equipment and install a new control system that meets existing capabilities and integrates into the base's DDC control system. The Government requires the installation of a pre-procured direct expansion (DX) unit. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

36.204: Project Magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000.

Site Visit Information: (a) Site Visit Date: 17 July 2024 (b) Site Visit Time: 9:00 AM (CST) (c) Instructions for Attendees: The Government will hold a site visit for the subject solicitation at the above listed time, at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas (Zip Code - 76127). In order to obtain installation access and the specific location for the site visit, interested parties must submit a request for attendance (not later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled site visit) to:

Information provided at the site visit, as well as questions, shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Please be advised that entry to the installation requires processing through the Visitor’s Center.

It is highly recommended that those who submit a request to attend allow an adequate amount of time for processing through the Visitor’s Center and installation gate. This site visit will consist of two separately solicited projects. Both projects are HVAC in nature. The second project may be found under notice (solicitation) number W50S7624QPD04.
