Replace Air Handling Unit

Amendment 2 has been uploaded as of 25 June 2026 Amendment 1 has been uploaded as of 23 June 2026 The USPFO for CA intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for construction services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to Replace Air Handling Unit for building 2273 at 163rd Attack Wing, March ARB Ca: Replace Rooftop AHU and associated components. Work includes demolition, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and controls.

AHU is rooftop supported on raised galvanized steel frames. Unit is cooling only supplied from Chiller Plant 2269. THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEING SOLICITED 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. THE NAICS CODE FOR THIS ACQUISITION IS 238220 AND THE SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD IS $19,000,000.00.

Project Magnitude: $100,000.00 TO $250,000.00 Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To register go to www.sam.gov.
