Amendment 3 has been posted as of 22 August Amendment 2 has been posted as of 20 August Amendment 1 has been posted as of 19 August The USPFO for CA intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for construction services to provide labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to perform and complete carpeting of offices. Work includes Replace ~4,000 sf carpet tile & ~1,000 of rubber base at building 2272 at 163rd ATKW, March ARB.

Construction/contract completion time is 30 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 314110. The small business size standard is 1,500 employees. This action is being procured as a HUBZone SET-ASIDE.

Project Magnitude: $25,000.00 to $100,000.00 Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To register go to www.sam.gov.
