163rd Carpet and Paint building 2272

The USPFO for CA intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for construction services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to perform and replace carpet tile and paint interiors in building 2272 to support the 163 ATKW CA ANG at March ARB.

Work includes replacement of 4,000 sf of carpet tile, 800 LF of rubber base, and paint 14,500 sf for the 163rd Attack Wing, Bldg 2272. Construction/contract completion time is 60 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. The small business size standard is $45,000,000.00. This action is being procured as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
