1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to use simplified acquisition procedures for evaluating quotes and awarding the resulting purchase order in accordance with FAR 13.106.

2. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 Effective May 22, 2024 4. This is a full and open requirement. 5. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 562910. REQUIREMENT INFORMATION Description: The Contractor shall provide services to perform the inspection, demilitarization and disposal of BDU-33 munitions debris, including personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and quality control.

As prescribed in FAR 12.301(b)(1), the following addendum is provided for this solicitation and hereby amends any language therein: - Quoted amounts need to be net prices without tax - Quotes, attachments, and all other correspondence as listed in this solicitation must be emailed to all points of contact (POCs) - Site Visit: 1 Aug 2024 at 10:00 AM MDT.

Base Access Request Form 2036 must be returned to 140th Contracting Office at the emails listed above by 25 July 2024, 12:00 PM MDT. - All questions are to be submitted in writing by 2 Aug 2024, 5:00 pm MDT - Quotes are due by 9 Aug 2024, 5:00 PM MDT - Quotes shall not exceed 10MB in size - The anticipated award date is 30 August 2024 EVALUATION CRITERIA FAR Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.

As prescribed in FAR 12.301(c), the following addendum is provided for this solicitation and hereby amends any language therein: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award shall be based on the best value to the Government.

The Government may award without discussions; however, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in the Government's best interest. Quotes will be evaluated on price, offeror's ability to meet the venue requirements listed in the statement of need, and past performance based on a review of FAPIIS and SPRS. Award will be based on the offer that represents the best value to the Government.

NOTE: The Government will perform a comparative evaluation (comparing quotes to each other) to select the contractor that is best suited and provides the best value, considering the evaluation factors in this solicitation. No adjectival ratings will be assigned to the evaluation factors. The award will be based on price and other factors as listed above.
