This solicitation is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) FAR part 12. Brand Name: This is a brand name requirement. Only quotes that provide the Brand Name products in accordance with salient characteristics will be accepted. Used or refurbished is not authorized. If a part number requested by the government is deemed “end-of-life” (EOL) and “end-of-support” (EOS), meaning the manufacturer no longer supports it, you should request a new part number that is a replacement or alternative. To be eligible for award, contractor must have a registration and certifications must be current in System for Award Management (SAM). Submission Instructions To be eligible for award, a quote must be received by the date and time indicated in SF 1449. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to carmen.ridener@us.af.mil. Include the solicitation number in the subject line. By responding to this RFQ, the quoter agrees to meet all the requirements incorporated herein, and agrees to all the terms, conditions, and provisions.

Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified in this solicitation shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made. The Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received. The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of quotes. It is the vendor’s responsibility to request and receive confirmation of quote receipt.
