Replace Air Conditioning Unit 3 at Building 23

The 195th Wing/Mission Support Contracting (195 WG/MSC)intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed-price purchase order for services, non-personal, to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in paragraph 3.0 as government-furnished, to perform services to replace the air conditioning unit 3 (ACU-3) in Building 23, Sepulveda Air National Guard Station (ANGS), CA 91406-6451, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

25 Jul 2024: Update - the purpose of this update is to provide the government's response to questions and request for information received in response to the solicitation.

14 Aug 2024:

Amendment 0001, the purpose of this amendment is to re-open the solicitation and extend the quotes due date. The set-aside has also been changed from 100% SDVOSB to 100% small business set-aside. 30 Aug 2024:

Amendment 0002, the purpose of this amendment is to extend the quotes due date from 3 Sep 2024 to 9 Sep 2024 and upload photos relevant to the requirement. For more details, please see Amendment 0002 and conformed copy of the solicitation.

5 Sep 2024:

Amendment 0003, the purpose of this amendment is to extend the quotes due date from 9 Sep 2024 to 12 Sep 2024, provide the government's response to requests for information received, and incorporate Building 23 HVAC as-builts and BACnet automated logic control module spec sheet as attachments to the solicitation.
