Project Number: BRKR212008. The 117th Air Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed-price contact for the renovation of a existing bldg. 410, per Specifications and Draw ings Dated May 2023. The proposed project includes, but not limited to:

The demolition of existing interior w alls, ceilings, flooring elements, and building systems. Relocation of existing split system air handlers from another bldg., relocation of existing gas fired emergency generator and automatic transfer switch. All new electrical systems including new lighting, receptacles, service panels, and pow er distribution panels. Underground utility work will include all building necessary power, sanitary, gas, water, and telecommunications infrastructure.

The project magnitude is betw een $500,000 abd 1,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this project is 236220. The Small Business size standard is 45,000,000.00. This award is 100% set aside for Small Business. Award w ill be made to the responsible bidder w hose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous sto the Government considering only price and price related factors.
