Replacement of Conference Room, and Command Suite Windows.

168 CES requests the replacement/upgrade of the existing windows and screens inside Bldg. 3127, third floor command suite and conference room. Replacement windows shall have a minimum Sound Transmission Classification (STC) of 40. The new replacement windows shall be triple pane glass with a thickness of 1-3/4”. The new windows casement/frame shall be fiberglass, and the color selections shall be submitted to 168 CES for final approval prior to purchasing.

The new windows shall have the same opening and closing functions/operations as the existing windows. The existing blinds shall be removed during demolition and reinstalled after the new windows have been installed. Paint used shall match any existing interior/exterior colors in the areas of disturbance by window replacement, as needed.

The new exterior windows shall have proper reflective window film to match existing windows on the south side of the bldg. 3127. Please see the Statement of Work (SOW) for the full requirement description.

29 July 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to update the combo document to include site visit verbiage, adjust the PoP to 15 weeks, and include an RFI Q/A doc.

7 Aug 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to extend closing date to 20 Aug 2026.

12 Aug 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to update the RFI tracker to include additional Q&As. Updated document uploaded is "Attachment 7 - RFI Tracker v2".

20 Aug 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to extend closing date to 2 Sept 2026.

24 Aug 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to update the SOW. Updated SOW is titled "Attachment 4 - Repair Conference Room Windows B3127 SOW v3.pdf".

2 Sept 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to update attachment 5 to include RFO 52.228-15 and RFO 52.228-1, and update the RFI tracker to include additional answers to questions. Extended to 9 September 2026 to allow time for additonal bonding requirement.
