The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following:

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

2. FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.

No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

CLIN 0001 QTY: 1 Electric Scissor Lift 1. Max Working Height 40 feet 2. Platform Capacity 2 person 3. Lift capacity minimum of 500lbs 4. Machine Width needs to fit through a 3' wide door 5. Machine needs to be electric drive 6. Be able to charge machine with 120v outlet 7. Machine needs to have guide rails on all three sides with a gate on the 4th side to exit machine onto roofs or other objects. 8. 4' extended platform 9. Have 120v plug for tools 10. Brand must be able to be certified and serviced within the local area (within 50 miles of Eielson AFB)
