1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following:

CLIN 0001 QTY: 1 EA 64” Inkjet vinyl printer/vinyl cutter combination. Roland TruVis VG3-640 or equivalent Print on vinyl media with a minimum of 54 inches wide. Must utilize ECO-film printer inks. Support 8 colors of ink (cyan, Magenta, yellow, black, light cyan, light magenta, light black, and white) Must have a printing resolution of 1200 DPI max. Must utilize 100-120 VAC power. Must have a media heater.

Minimum 2-year warranty The seller shall provide the required training of Air Guard personnel and give complete instructions on how to operate the software, hardware, machinery, tools, and materials. To ensure the trained personnel are capable of fabricating the desired graphics. It is essential that all that all materials, supplies, software, and equipment work seamlessly, and they are all compatible with one another.

The trainer must travel to the facility to conduct the training once all equipment is in place and is operational. CLIN 0002 QTY: 1 EA 65” Heat Assisted Laminator, CWT Easy Lite Air or equivalent, with the following characteristics: Must have rear rewind shaft and rear worktop. Must have two trimmers. Must have front tray. Must have feed guide. Must be able to laminate 54” vinyl material minimum. Must include a Heat assist. Must include worktable area of 8 feet. Must be electric assist operated.
