This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Army Contracting Command-Redstone is soliciting a quote. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside.

The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) (DEVCOM AvMC) Center Staff (CS) requests the acquisition of one (1) Class-III Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Forklift. The contractor shall provide the following items as specified in the table below:

Capacity Load Capacity Certification Maximum Fork Height Reach must be 10 Foot or 120 Inches or greater Pneumatic Tires Headlights Mirrors Backup Alarm Strobe Light Seatbelt 48” Forks 72” Fork Extensions Side shiftable forks with fork positioner Grab Handle Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Tank Must be deliverable within 30 days **Travel is not required in the performance of this contract. The above items shall be delivered to the following:

In the event more than one quote is received, the following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical capability of the items offered to meet the Government requirement, price, and delivery. All items shall include shipping costs FOB Destination to Redstone Arsenal, AL. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow. Responses are due no later than 3:00 PM (CST), 27 February, 2026.
