This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes as a means of conducting market research to identify eligible parties having an interest and the resources to support the requirement to furnish all effort including labor, material and facilities for the fabrication, assembly, testing, manufacturing and delivery of the PATRIOT (Phased Array Tracking Radar to Intercept on Target) Advance Capability (PAC-3) Missile Segment Enhancement (MSE) Missiles, Launcher Modification Kits (LMKs), and associated support hardware for the U.S and various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers.
The intent of this notice is to conduct market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and is for informational purposes only. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the PAC-3 MSE Missiles and LMKs and associated support hardware. The Government does not possess or cannot provide all the data necessary for performance of this requirement.
All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This notice is a sources sought notice and is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary, and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred by respondents in developing the information provided to the Government.
This sources sought information does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract to a respondent to this notice. Responses to this notice will only be used to determine capability/availability of sources and serve as a supplementary market research tool to determine acquisition strategy. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this sources sought.
DO NOT SUBMIT A PROPOSAL AT THIS TIME. Do not submit extraneous materials such as cover letters, company brochures, or marketing material.
If your organization has the potential capacity to provide the required products identified in this notice, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this requirement, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.
If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. Submittals must be received via email no later than 4 PM Central Daylight Time on 02 February 2026 to be considered. Only email submittals will be accepted. Hard copy or fax submittals will not be accepted.
The email subject line must be "PATRIOT PAC-3 Production.” This requirement is not currently fully funded; the initial award and exercise of additional options will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
