THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS A SYNOPSIS (SUMMARY). THE SOLICITATION PERTAINING TO THIS NOTICE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE. The Technology Development Directorate requests the acquisition of one kilogram of Helicon in-situ aluminum-HTPB composite binder. Additionally, this material must meet the requirements stated below:

The material's solvent content and identity of solvent. The material's hydroxyl equivalency. This requirement will be solicited as a sole source requirement to Helicon Chemical Company, LLC Street Address: 3259 Progress Dr. Orlando, FL 32826. Helicon Chemical Company is identified as the only vendor able to produce the material for this acquisition. Solicitation number W31P4Q-24-Q-0001 is to be a firm fixed price acquisition, in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1).

The corresponding NAICS code for this procurement is 325180. CLIN 0001 will be issued for Purchase of 1kg Helicon in-situ aluminum-HTPB composite binder.
