CSS 88762 - HVAC Repair

On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) the U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has one (1) new Construction Requirement: CSS# 88762 - Repair HVAC in Training Room - Amherst, NY (NY010).

Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to accomplish the following work which consist of but is not limited to:

completed upgrades to the Combatant Training Room. (Formerly known as the Indoor Firing Range (IFR) as per the As-Build Drawings) to expand and enhance the soldier training. All removal and installation requirements outlined within each SOW shall be performed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that apply to the principal nature of theseacquisitions:238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors - Size Standard of $19,000,000. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide answers to industry questions.
