REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or request for proposals. THIS IS A RFI ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for service whatsoever. Furthermore, ACC-NJ is not currently seeking proposals. Responses to this notice cannot be accepted as o?ers.
Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will NOT pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested parties’ expenses.
DESCRIPTION: Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) in support of the 99th Readiness Division is performing market research and seeking information from interested companies to determine the potential level of interest and capabilities within industry, to provide drop-in Childcare Services to the 99th Readiness Division’s Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP).
Period of Performance: The period of performance shall consist of one base period of 12-months and two 12-month option years. Attachment labeled – “DRAFT – CHILDCARE performance Work Statement ACCNJ” BACKGROUND: The United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) commands all United States Army Reserve units and is responsible for overseeing unit sta?ng, training, management, and deployment.
The YRRP is a Congressionally mandated initiative designed to provide information, services, referrals, and proactive outreach programs to Reserve Component Service Members and their families through all phases of the deployment cycle. The overall objective of the program is to prepare and sustain Service Members and their families before and after their mobilization.
The Army is seeking interested and capable companies capable of providing drop-in Childcare Services for up to seven YRRP Events annually when the Service Members and their spouses attend the Saturday and Sunday sessions.

1. Name of Company; Company Address; Point of Contact, with Name, Phone Number, Email Address, NAICS Code, Unique Identity ID, CAGE Code, and Socio-Economic Size Status (Large/Small Business/HubZone/8(a)/Woman Owned Small Business/etc.).
2. Contractor acknowledges a clear understanding of all services speci?ed in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement.
3. Contractor con?rms full capabilities of completing the required work speci?ed in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement.
4. Provide brief relevant information regarding your experience and background and services o?ered related to the Governments need.
5. Please provide the following information: A summary of the contractor’s quali?cations and a list of similar contracts that are completed or currently in progress to include an emphasis on project location and type of contract.
6. The Government is seeking to determine if the requirement outlined in the Performance Work Statement is reasonable and achievable within the industry given your company’s experience and knowledge of the industry.
7. The NAICS Code assigned to this acquisition is 624410– Child Care Services. What NAICS code do you think best aligns to this requirement?
8. Would your company perform this requirement as a prime contractor or subcontractor?
9. In reviewing the sample Performance Work Statement, is there any additional information speci?c to this requirement needed to provide a sound quote/proposal?
10. Rough order of magnitude - Please provide an order of magnitude cost estimate for completing these services. The Government is looking for a general range at this stage. What do you estimate these services would cost?
