Mission Support Trailer

DEVCOM-AC has a requirement for a large trailer to serve as a mobile work space/ storage facility/ tool room. Specifications listed below.

Gooseneck trailer 48’ long, 8.5’Wide and 7.5’ Ceilings 3 x 8,000 pound axles 12kw 240V generator 3 roof top air conditioning / heat units Fully insulated The front 12’ of the main trailer is office space with tables The middle 12’ portion of the trailer will be outfitted by us after the fact with tool boxes and storage The rear 15’ portion will be cargo space and work area Removable cold curtain between the middle and rear portion of the trailer On the floor, the front 24 feet will be airline track recessed into the floor spaced 48 inches apart.

The cargo area will be spaced 60 inches apart. The walls needs to have airline track 3’ up from the floor on the rear 27’ of the trailer Quad outlets on both sides of the wall 4 feet up from the floor spaced out every 6 feet down the length of the trailer The upper section above the gooseneck will need airline track on the walls and floor Interior lighting on the ceiling - LED strips spaced out every 4 feet with multiple light switches for the front and rear of the trailer 2x Man doors of the curb side.

One in front and one in the rear. Overhead cabinets in the office area with the option to add more, or slide them down to the rear of the trailer.

Exterior lighting all the way around the trailer with switches to control any of the 4 sides Power stabilizer jacks on the front and rear of the trailer Rear ramp to fold down leaving no gap between interior floor and ramp allowing ease of rolling things in and out of the trailer Four Post Leveling Jack System Fold down 2’ x 6’ aluminum workbench in the back of the trailer
