The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey-Soldier Lethality (ACCNJ- SL) in support of Program Manager for Soldier Lethality (PM-SL) has awarded a sole source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Orders to O.F.

Mossberg & Sons, Incorporated, 7 Grasso Ave, North Haven, CT 06473-3237 (Mossberg) for the purchase of Mossberg Shotgun Weapon Systems (M500 and the M590/M590A1) and M500/M590 Spare Parts Kit, under the authority of Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C) 3204(a)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
