REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: W15QKN24Q104D, Lodging-in-Kind with Meals for 200 Military Police Command Training Events

This is a Sources Sought Notice and should not be construed as a Solicitation Announcement. The submission of this information is for planning purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any supply or service, nor is it the intent of the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) to award a contract on the basis of this request for information, or otherwise pay for the information sought. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future Request for Quotes, if any is issued.

1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The United States Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is seeking sources, from all socio-economic categories, for lodging and meals for members of the 200 Military Police Command for three training events: the 354 MP Company from 05-08 September 2024 in St. Louis, MO; the HHC 324 MP FWD DET 1 from 26-29 September 2024 in Fresno, CA; and the 303 MP Company from 28 September - 01 October 2024 in Jackson, MI. Lodging must be within a 30-mile radius of each unit's home station.

Meals provided must meet Army dietary standards. Further information is detailed in the attached draft Statement of Work and supplemental 2. INSTRUCTIONS: All interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement via email. In your response, please identify whether you are a small business, and if so, what type. Please also include CAGE code, SAM UEI, and a valid POC.

All responses to this RFI are due no later than Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at 10:00 AM EST. Responses shall be submitted by emailing the contract specialist, Mr. William Campbell, directly at william.j.campbell249.civ@army.mil and CCing the Contracting Officer, Ms. Katie Lyons, at katie.j.lyons.civ@army.mil. Calls and fax transmittals in response to this Request for Information will NOT be accepted.

Capability statements must include Company Name and Point of Contact, System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), CAGE Code, relevant NAICS code, Business Size, and Socioeconomic Categories.
