USAF Lodging Amenities

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT – FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine availability and capability of qualified businesses. Responses to this notice will be used for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research only.

Depending on market research and other influences, the NAF Procurement Office anticipates issuing a solicitation for this project around late September 2024. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses and the Government is not obligated to and will not pay for information received as a result of this announcement. We are seeking qualified sources for the potential to be added to our bidders list. Below is a brief synopsis of the work being performed.

This is a non-appropriated funds global supply schedule. Interested vendors or amenity providers shall submit their capability statement electronically, limited to five pages, which includes a digital catalog of available amenities. The capability statement shall be sufficient in detail to allow the Government to determine the organization's related qualifications to perform the work.

Project: Seeking qualified contractor(s) to provide a wide range of hotel/motel amenities for CONUS and OCONUS USAF bases. Amenities include resalable sundry items, business specific forms and tags, toiletries, janitorial products, hotel room appliances, and general, utility-type commodities necessary for hotel guest comfort. This requirement will focus on providing modern amenity solutions to all USAF Lodging operations.

A solicitation package which will include the product-specific documents will be provided once qualified sources have been selected to bid on this project. Firms interested in this effort must provide a capability statement that stays within the 5-page limit, demonstrating the ability to meet end customer needs both within and outside of the continental United Stated through existing distribution and supply chain channels, to include contact information, and a digital catalog of available amenities.

Vendors who do not send the required information, or who fail to meet the requirements identified in this Sources Sought, may not be invited to participate in the resultant opportunity.
