MK 41 VLS Electronic Design Agent and Depot Operations

If a solicitation is issued in the future, it will be announced via the System for Award Management (SAM) website (https://sam.gov) and interested parties must comply with that announcement. The information contained herein is subject to modification and in no way binds theGovernment to award a contract. The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a sole source contract action to Lockheed Martin to provide Electronic Design Agent and Depot Operations requirements in support of the MK41 Vertical Launching System.

This contract action will add an additional two years of requirements. The basis for this sole source procurement is FAR 6.302-l(a)(2)(ii) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
