Vendor Question: “Page 10 of the pricing document shows NSP for the Odd Year Biennial PM – Line 3002AC. I believe that this service should be performed during Year 4. Please confirm if I should leave it blank or provide a number?” Answer: CLIN 1002AC and 3002AC should be priced CLINs for Odd Year Biennial Preventative Maintenance. See amended RFQ A0001 which incorporates a change to account for this service. The Austin Information Technology Center (AITC) processes data that is considered a lifeline to Veterans.

As such, the AITC has a responsibility to ensure the Data Center will not experience any power loss or outage under any circumstance, twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week. The Contractor services are required to remotely monitor the system twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week and provide maintenance, repair and on-call services.
