Globe CBOC - Extension Awarded

This Amendment extends the Lease for an additional three (3) years with termination rights after one (1) year, under authority of GSAM 570.405 Lease Extensions. The awarded term of this amendment is from May 1, 2024 - April 30, 2027. The following lease rates will be in affect starting May 1, 2024:

May 1, 2024 - Apr 30, 2025: $131,628.31 per year May 1, 2025 - Apr 30, 2026: $136,893.44 per year May 1, 2026 - Apr 30, 2027: $142,369.22 per year Funding for each year will be made by seperate Amendment for each Fiscal Year. Except as provided here in, all terms and conditions of Lease Agreement V644-R-0012 remain unchaged and in full force and in effect .

The extension lease action will not be competed through full and open competition because the LCO has determined the space required by the agency is available from only one responsible source based on mission needs and procurement from any other source will result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition and/or results in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency’s requirements.

The determination that the requirement can only be met by one responsible source is supported by: The proposed action is a lease extension. No further justification is required. Award was made: 8/16/23
