USPTO Court Reporting Services -Transcription and Stenography

The United States Patent and Trademark Office intends to issue two firm-fixed price BPA calls under multiple award BPA numbers 1333BJ23A01150002 to Neal R. Gross & Co. Inc. in the amount of $95,000.00 and 1333BJ23A01150004 to Jamison Professional Services, Inc. in the amount of $95,000.00 for Court Reporting Services for the USPTO HQ in Alexandria, VA and regional offices throughout the United States with a period of performance of approximately December 15, 2025 - December 16, 2026. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued.

Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated court reporting services can provide supporting documents demonstrating their capabilities. Responses received may be used for future acquisitions. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
