Management Leadership Training

Probation would like to provide training whereby supervisors will learn how to hold staff accountable in a respectful manner and promote positivity through wellness in the workplace. Emotional intelligence is key from both perspectives and management would like supervisors to heighten their ability to transition from not only wellness (physically and mentally) but for their own personal welfare and that of their staff’s.

At a minimum the training offered must provide two onsite courses with follow-up coaching sessions. Required training material should be proposed to management separately due to budgetary constraints. Probation has scheduled a management meeting the first week of June and is soliciting and intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract for training services as described.
