Vertical Lift Module

USCIS is seeking to procure vertical lift module storage for the Western Forms Center (WFC) in Montclair, CA to maximize space and management abilities. The warehouse space is approximately 44,098 SqFt. The current configured racks are not efficient. The vertical lift module will address WFC need to access goods and articles of all kinds in one location. The following features are important in Vertical Lift Module: Shelves within the VLM should be adjustable to accommodate various size containers.

Storage units should have a minimum height of 2450mm, maximum height of7000mm with usable tray side of 2,825mm x 625mm. The vertical storage units should have Tray load capacity up to 70Kg with the Machine load capacity up to 80 ton. The Vertical Lift Module should have a tilting device for better ergonomics and a tray output The VLM software should integrate with the existing warehouse management system (DSMS – the USCIS version of Oracle’s E-Business Suite) to enable paperless and efficient work.

For warehouse optimization, the provider must have a broad range of knowledge of warehouse operations, which goes far beyond the technical knowledge of a Vertical Lift Module. Quality and accessibility of after-sales service are crucial to avoid or minimize downtime. The VLM must be safe for use in areas that are earthquake prone. Please provide capable and determine state that your organization can comply with the NMR.
